Parque Marino del Pacífico
 The Parque Marino del Pacífico is a place where it is possible to learn and rest. It is located in Puntarenas city, on the Paseo de los turistas, 500 mts East of Cruise ship dock, in the old railroad station, one hour from San José, Costa Rica's capital. When visiting the Parque Marino del Pacífico you will find animals in outdoor exhibits under the care of the Rescue Program, such as crocodiles, land turtles, sea turtles, pelicans, and more. Also, you will have the opportunity to see our aquarium exhibit with different species of sea animals, among them puffer fish, anemones, crabs, sea stars, frog fish, clown fish, nurse sharks, etc. On weekends you will have the opportunity to enjoy our touching pool, a beautiful experience for kids. Enjoy the green areas, the play ground (includes a pool for children), water games, and more. On weekends a Souvenir Shop is open for visitors.
In the Parque Marino we will be glad of receive you. Join us from Tuesday to Sunday, 9:00 to 5:00 pm (last entrance 4:30 pm). Our personnel will be available to offer the instructions so you won´t miss any attraction in the park, or they will guide you thorugh our facilities if a reservation is made in advance.  
Guided tours. It consists of touring the Park with the help of a guide, who will give information about the Park and animals that found here. In Addition … In the Parque Marino we offer information about bus schedules, masses, hotels and restaurants.. If you want to joint us and choose one of our services (guided tour, speech or workshop), make your reservation.
